- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
2. What we do when we receive a notice
When we receive a valid notice, we review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material. Where it’s practical, we let the person responsible know.

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice that includes:

- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if you’re outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
4. Repeat infringers
We end the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Knowingly making a false statement in a notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
