Is a year the right commitment?
If you’ve already watched Moa TV for a month or two and it works well on your devices, the yearly plan is simply the better value. If you’re brand new, many customers start with the 1 month plan and renew with 12 months once they’re sure. Either way, every new order is covered by our 24-hour refund policy if the service doesn’t work on your device.

- New device? Install TiviMate, sign in to your TiviMate account and add your login. Premium covers up to five devices. See the setup guides.
- Something not playing? Open a ticket with the channel name and your device and we’ll look into it.
- Before the year ends we email you a reminder. Renew from your account and the new plan starts when the current year finishes.
12 month plan questions
Does the yearly plan include everything?
Yes. It’s the same full service as every other plan, for twelve months.
Is 12 months the cheapest plan?
It’s far cheaper per month than the 1, 3 and 6 month plans. The 24 month plan has the lowest monthly price of all, at $6.04.
Can I pay for a year in one transaction?
Yes. You pay the whole amount once, in the coin you choose, at the amount locked on the payment page.
What if I move house or change internet provider?
Your subscription isn’t tied to an address or a provider. Sign in on your devices at the new place and keep watching.
