This guide sets up Moa TV on an Amazon Fire TV device running Fire OS, such as the Fire TV Stick 4K Max, Fire TV Stick 4K Plus or Fire TV Cube. You’ll need your welcome email with your Moa TV login and your TiviMate Premium account.

Fire TV devices running Vega OS, such as the Fire TV Stick 4K Select and the 2026 Fire TV Stick HD, can’t install TiviMate. Check yours first under Settings → My Fire TV → About. See Fire TV and Vega OS.

Step 1: Install Downloader

  1. From the Fire TV home screen, open Find (the magnifying glass) and choose Search.
  2. Type Downloader and select the orange Downloader app.
  3. Choose Get or Download and wait for it to install.

Step 2: Turn on Developer options

  1. Go to Settings → My Fire TV → About.
  2. Highlight your device name (for example *Fire TV Stick 4K Max*) and press the select button seven times. A message confirms that you’re now a developer.
  3. Press Back once. Developer options now appears in My Fire TV.

Step 3: Allow Downloader to install apps

  1. Open Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options.
  2. Choose Install unknown apps.
  3. Find Downloader and switch it On.

Step 4: Install TiviMate

  1. Open Downloader and allow any permission it asks for.
  2. Select the address box, type tivimate.com and choose Go.
  3. On the official TiviMate website, choose the download for Android TV and Fire TV.
  4. When the download finishes, choose Install, then Done.
  5. Choose Delete twice to remove the installer file and free up space.

Step 5: Unlock TiviMate Premium

  1. Open TiviMate from Apps (you can move it to the front with the menu button).
  2. Go to Settings → Unlock Premium → Account.
  3. Sign in with the TiviMate account email and password from your welcome email.
  4. Name the device and choose Activate.

Step 6: Add your Moa TV login

  1. Choose Add playlist → Xtream Codes login.
  2. Enter the server address, username and password exactly as shown in your email.
  3. Choose Next, name the playlist Moa TV, then Done.

Channels and the TV guide load in a minute or two. You’re ready to watch.

Tips for Fire TV

  • Move TiviMate to the front: in Apps, highlight TiviMate, press the menu button and choose Move to front.
  • Use Ethernet for live sport with an Amazon Ethernet adapter.
  • Turn on Auto frame rate in TiviMate under Settings → Playback.
  • Restart the stick now and then: Settings → My Fire TV → Restart.

Firestick troubleshooting

  • Developer options doesn’t appear: go back to About and press the device name seven times again, quickly.
  • Downloader isn’t in the Appstore: your device may run Vega OS. See the note above.
  • “App not installed”: delete old copies of TiviMate first, restart the stick and try again.
  • Not enough storage: uninstall apps you don’t use under Settings → Applications → Manage installed applications.

Firestick setup questions

Is it safe to allow unknown apps?

Yes, as long as you only install apps you trust from their official source. You can switch the setting off again after installing TiviMate.

Do I need a VPN on my Firestick?

Moa TV doesn’t require one. Some customers use a VPN for privacy or because their provider slows video; if you do, choose a fast server close to you.

Will updates remove TiviMate?

No. Fire TV updates keep your apps. TiviMate itself may ask to update; follow the prompt.
