How to choose your plan length
If you’re new to Moa TV, the 1 month plan is the simplest way to check the picture, the channels you care about and the app on your own TV. Once you’re happy, a longer plan lowers the monthly cost and saves you renewing as often:

A longer plan is a single payment: one crypto transaction and one network fee instead of several.
What happens after you order
- You choose a plan and create your account at checkout.
- You pay in the coin of your choice on the payment page and paste your transaction ID.
- When the blockchain confirms the payment, we activate your line and your TiviMate Premium account.
- Your login details arrive by email and appear under My subscription.

Renewing and switching plans
Nothing renews by itself. A few days before your plan ends we email you a reminder; renew from Renew subscription with any plan length. The new months are added to the end of your current plan, your login stays the same and TiviMate keeps working without any changes.

Subscription questions
Do longer plans include more channels?
No. Every plan has exactly the same lineup and features. Longer plans simply cost less per month.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
No. Crypto payments can’t be taken automatically, so you stay in control. We remind you before your plan ends.
Can I watch on more than one device?
You can install TiviMate and sign in on as many of your own devices as you like, and TiviMate Premium covers up to five of them. A standard line plays on one screen at a time; if you need two or more screens at once, ask us about extra connections before you order.
What if Moa TV doesn’t work on my device?
Tell us within 24 hours of activation. We’ll help you fix it, and if we can’t, you get a refund under our refund policy.
