Pay safely
- Copy the address from the payment page every time, or scan the QR code. Never type it by hand.
- Check the network. Send on the network shown on the payment page. A payment sent on the wrong network may be lost.
- Send the exact amount. The last digits identify your order. If your exchange takes its fee from the amount, add the fee so we receive the full amount.
- Keep your transaction ID. Paste it on the payment page so we can match your payment.
- Never share your recovery phrase or private key with anyone, including us. We will never ask for it.

Can I pay by card or PayPal?
No. Moa TV accepts crypto only: Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum and BNB.
I don’t have any crypto. What’s the easiest way to start?
Buy USDT or Bitcoin on a regulated exchange or an app you trust, then withdraw it to the address on the payment page. Our Bitcoin beginner’s checklist walks through it.
Where do I find my transaction ID?
In your wallet or exchange’s transaction history, open the payment and look for *Transaction ID*, *TXID* or *Hash*. See what a transaction ID is.
Can I get a refund in crypto?
Refunds under our refund policy are paid in the coin you used, to an address you give us, for the dollar value you paid.
