At about 1 BTC = $82,741.45. Crypto prices move, so the exact amount is calculated and locked when you check out.

Your amount stays fixed on the payment page for 60 minutes, so the market can’t move it while you send.

Step by step

  1. Choose your plan and select Bitcoin (BTC) at checkout.
  2. Open the payment page. It shows the exact BTC amount, our Bitcoin address and a QR code.
  3. Scan the QR code with your wallet app. It fills in both the address and the amount. Or copy them with the copy buttons.
  4. Check the amount in your wallet matches the payment page to the last digit, then send.
  5. Paste your transaction ID on the payment page. You’ll find it in your wallet’s history as *Transaction ID*, *TXID* or *Hash*.
  6. Wait for one confirmation. The page updates by itself; Bitcoin blocks arrive about every 10 minutes on average.

When the payment confirms, we activate your line and TiviMate Premium and email your details.

Bitcoin rules for this payment

  • Bitcoin network only. Send on-chain BTC. We can’t accept Lightning payments, wrapped bitcoin (WBTC) or “BTC” tokens on BNB Smart Chain or Ethereum.
  • Send the exact amount. The last digits identify your order among others paid at the same time.
  • Cover the fee yourself. Your wallet adds a network fee on top. On exchanges, check whether the fee is taken from the amount; if it is, increase the amount so we receive the full figure.
  • Pick a normal or priority fee. A very low fee can leave your payment waiting for hours when the network is busy.

Paying from an exchange

Most exchanges and apps (Coinbase, Kraken, Binance, Cash App and others) let you withdraw or send Bitcoin:

  1. Choose Send or Withdraw, then Bitcoin (BTC).
  2. If asked for a network, choose Bitcoin (sometimes *BTC* or *Native SegWit*), not BNB Smart Chain, Lightning or another network.
  3. Paste our address from the payment page and enter the exact amount.
  4. Confirm, then find the transaction ID in your withdrawal history once it’s sent.

Some exchanges wait a while before sending a withdrawal. The payment page keeps checking, so you can paste the transaction ID once it appears.

Bitcoin payment questions

How many confirmations do you need?

One confirmation for most orders. That’s usually 10 to 20 minutes after you send.

What if the quote expires before I send?

Request a new quote on the payment page, then send the new amount. Don’t send after a quote has expired without refreshing it.

My payment has been unconfirmed for a long time. What now?

It probably had a low fee. Some wallets let you speed it up (Replace-By-Fee). Otherwise it will confirm when the network is quieter. Contact us if it’s been more than a day.

Can I pay with Bitcoin Cash or other forks?

No. Send Bitcoin (BTC) only. Other coins sent to our address can’t be recovered.
