How you set up Moa TV on a smart TV depends on the system it runs. Find yours below. Not sure which system your TV has? See the smart TV page.
Google TV and Android TV models
These TVs run TiviMate, so you get the full Premium experience.
- On the TV, open the Google Play Store.
- Search for TiviMate IPTV Player and choose Install.
- Open TiviMate and go to Settings → Unlock Premium → Account.
- Sign in with the TiviMate account from your welcome email, name the TV and choose Activate.
- Choose Add playlist → Xtream Codes login and enter your Moa TV server, username and password.
- Choose Next, name the playlist Moa TV, then Done.

Samsung smart TVs (Tizen)
- Press Home and open Apps.
- Search for the IPTV player we recommend in your welcome email and choose Install.
- Open the player. If it shows a MAC address or device key, write it down.
- Add your Moa TV login: either type it into the player, or enter it on the player’s website using the MAC address, as the player explains.
- Restart the player to load your channels and TV guide.
LG smart TVs (webOS)
- Press Home and open the LG Content Store (sometimes just Apps).
- Search for the recommended player and install it.
- Open it and note the MAC address or device key if it shows one.
- Add your login or playlist as the player explains.
- Restart the player to load the channels.
Some Samsung and LG players charge their own activation fee after a trial. That fee goes to the player’s developer and is separate from your Moa TV plan. A Fire TV Stick 4K Max or Google TV Streamer with TiviMate is often the better long-term option.
After setup
- Set the TV’s time zone so the TV guide lines up.
- Use a cable if the router is nearby, for the steadiest picture.
- Choose 4K channels only if your TV and connection support 4K.
Smart TV troubleshooting
- The player isn’t in my TV’s store: availability varies by country and model year. Contact us with your TV model and we’ll suggest an alternative.
- “Invalid playlist” or no channels: check your details for typos and that your plan is active in My subscription.
- The app is slow: older TVs have little memory. A streaming stick is usually faster.
Smart TV setup questions
Which is better, the TV’s own app or a streaming stick?
On Google TV and Android TV, the TV’s own TiviMate is excellent. On Samsung and LG, a streaming stick with TiviMate usually gives a better guide and more features.
Can I use TiviMate Premium on a Samsung TV?
No. TiviMate isn’t available for Tizen. Plug in a Fire TV (Fire OS) or Google TV device to use it.
Do I need to enter my login on every TV?
Yes, once per TV. Your login is the same on all of them.
