3. Blockchain payments are public

Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains. Anyone can see the amount, the time and the addresses involved in a transaction, although not your name. We link your transaction ID to your order to confirm payment. If privacy is important to you, consider which wallet you pay from.

We share personal information only where it’s needed:

Service providers who host our Website and service, deliver our emails and provide our live chat, under agreements that protect your information.
TiviMate, where needed to provide your TiviMate Premium activation. TiviMate’s developers process account information under their own privacy policy.
