Refund policy

If Moa TV doesn't work on your device and we can't fix it, you can ask for a refund within 24 hours of activation.

We want you to be happy with Moa TV. If the service doesn’t work on your device and we can’t fix it, you’re covered by our 24-hour refund window.

When you can get a refund

You can ask for a full refund of a new order if:

  • you contact us within 24 hours of activation; and
  • Moa TV doesn’t work properly on your device, and we haven’t been able to fix the problem with you.

We’ll also refund you in full if we cancel a paid order or can’t activate it.

When refunds aren’t available

  • Requests made more than 24 hours after activation.
  • A change of mind after the service has been working.
  • Problems caused by your device, your internet connection or a third-party app that we’ve given you a reasonable way to solve, for example using a supported device.
  • Subscriptions suspended or ended for breaking our terms, such as sharing your login.
  • Renewals and the unused part of a plan, unless we’re unable to provide the service.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Submit a ticket within 24 hours of activation, with your order number and a description of the problem.
  2. Let us try to fix it. Most problems are solved quickly with the right settings or app.
  3. If we can’t fix it, we’ll confirm your refund and ask for a wallet address for the refund.

How refunds are paid

  • Refunds are paid in the same coin and on the same network you paid with, to an address you give us.
  • We refund the US dollar value of your order, converted at the market rate on the day we send the refund. For USDT, that’s the same number of dollars.
  • Network fees for sending the refund are paid by us. Fees you paid to send your original payment can’t be refunded.
  • We aim to send refunds within 5 business days of confirming them.

When a subscription is refunded, the Moa TV login and the TiviMate Premium activation that came with it are deactivated.

Payment problems

If you sent the wrong amount, sent a payment after the quote expired or sent on an unsupported network, contact us with your transaction ID. We’ll do what we reasonably can, but payments sent to a wrong address or network may not be recoverable.
