What is Moa TV?
Moa TV is an IPTV subscription: live TV channels, sports, movies and series streamed over your internet connection to an app on your TV, streaming stick, phone or computer. Some people know it as Moa IPTV or Channel Moa.

Do you offer a free trial?
No. The 1 month plan is the low-cost way to try Moa TV, and new orders are covered by our 24-hour refund policy.
Orders and payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bitcoin (BTC), USDT on TRON, BNB Smart Chain or Ethereum, Ethereum (ETH) and BNB. We don’t accept cards or bank transfers. See payment methods.
How long does activation take?
Your line is activated once your payment confirms on the blockchain: under a minute for BNB and USDT on BNB Smart Chain, about a minute on TRON, a few minutes for Ethereum and about 10 to 20 minutes for Bitcoin.
I paid but my order still says awaiting payment.
Make sure you pasted your transaction ID on the payment page. If you did, the payment may still be confirming. If it’s been longer than the times above, submit a ticket with your order number and transaction ID.
I sent the wrong amount. What happens?
If you sent less than the amount shown, the payment can’t be confirmed automatically and our team will contact you about the difference. If you sent more, contact us and we’ll sort it out.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. Crypto payments can’t be taken automatically. We remind you before your plan ends.
TiviMate Premium
How do I get my free TiviMate Premium?
After your payment confirms, we email your TiviMate account details along with your Moa TV login. Sign in under Settings → Unlock Premium → Account in TiviMate. See the TiviMate Premium guide.
On how many devices can I use TiviMate Premium?
Up to five Android TV, Google TV or Fire TV devices signed in to the TiviMate account.
Can I use TiviMate on an iPhone or a Samsung TV?
No. TiviMate is only available for Android TV, Google TV and Fire TV. Other devices use another player with the same Moa TV login.

Which devices work with Moa TV?
Fire TV (Fire OS), Android TV and Google TV, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Android phones and tablets, iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, MAG boxes, Enigma2 receivers, and Windows and Mac computers. See devices.
Can I watch on two TVs at the same time?
A standard line plays on one screen at a time. Ask us about extra connections before you order if you need more.
What internet speed do I need?
20 Mbps for Full HD and 35 Mbps or more for 4K, per stream. A wired connection or 5 GHz Wi-Fi gives the steadiest picture.
A channel isn’t working. What should I do?
Restart the app and your device, then try the channel again. If it still doesn’t play, submit a ticket with the channel name, your device and the time.

Where are my login details?
In your welcome email and in My subscription when you’re logged in.
How do I renew?
Log in and open Renew subscription. Choose a plan and pay with the coin you prefer. Your login stays the same.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Every order has an invoice under Orders that you can print or save as a PDF.
