Your amount stays fixed on the payment page for 60 minutes, so the market can’t move it while you send.
Step by step
- Choose your plan and select Ethereum (ETH) at checkout.
- Open the payment page. It shows the exact ETH amount, our address (starting with 0x) and a QR code.
- In your wallet, make sure you’re on Ethereum Mainnet. In MetaMask, check the network selector at the top.
- Paste our address, enter the exact amount and send. Your wallet adds the network fee (gas) on top.
- Paste your transaction hash on the payment page. It starts with 0x and is 66 characters long.
- Wait for confirmations. We need 12 blocks, which takes about three minutes.
Ethereum rules for this payment
- Ethereum Mainnet only. Don’t send ETH on Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, zkSync, Linea, Polygon or any other layer 2 or sidechain, and don’t send “ETH” tokens on BNB Smart Chain. Those payments don’t reach our Ethereum address.
- Send ETH, not tokens. To pay with a token, use USDT and choose the Ethereum (ERC20) network there.
- Send the exact amount. The last digits identify your order.
- Smart-contract wallets (such as Safe multisig wallets, and some exchanges’ internal transfers) send ETH in a way our automatic check may not see. If you pay that way, paste the transaction hash and we’ll confirm it by hand.
Paying from an exchange
- Go to Withdraw and choose ETH.
- Under Network, choose Ethereum (ERC20). Not Arbitrum, Base, Optimism or BNB Smart Chain.
- Paste our address, enter the amount (add the exchange’s fee if it’s taken from the amount) and confirm.
- Copy the transaction hash from your withdrawal history once the exchange has sent it.
Ethereum payment questions
How much is the gas fee?
It depends on how busy the network is. Wallets show the fee before you confirm. A simple ETH transfer is one of the cheapest transactions on Ethereum.
How long does confirmation take?
We wait for 12 confirmations, usually about three minutes after your transaction is included in a block.
I sent ETH on Arbitrum or Base by mistake. Can you recover it?
Payments on other networks don’t reach our Ethereum account. Contact us with the transaction hash and we’ll tell you what we can do.
Can I pay with ETH from a hardware wallet?
Yes. Connect it to your usual wallet app, check you’re on Ethereum Mainnet and send as normal.
