Terms and conditions

The terms that apply when you use this website and buy a Moa TV subscription.

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website at moaiptv.us (the “Website”) and to any Moa TV subscription you buy from Moa Tv LLC (“Moa TV”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, placing an order or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website or the service.

1. Who we are

Moa TV is an internet television (IPTV) subscription service operated by Moa Tv LLC, based in Washington, United States. You can contact us at help@moaiptv.us.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account and place an order.
  • You must give accurate information, including a working email address, and keep it up to date.
  • You’re responsible for keeping your account password, your Moa TV login and your TiviMate account details confidential, and for all activity under them.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

3. Plans and prices

  • Plans are sold for fixed periods of 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months and are prepaid.
  • Plans do not renew automatically. To continue, you place a renewal order before or after your plan ends.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices for future orders at any time; changes don’t affect plans already paid for.
  • The channels, on-demand titles and features available through Moa TV change from time to time. We can’t guarantee that any particular channel, program or title will be available for the whole of your plan.

4. Orders and crypto payments

  • We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT) on TRON (TRC20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) or Ethereum (ERC20), Ethereum (ETH) and BNB on BNB Smart Chain.
  • After checkout, the payment page shows the amount in your chosen coin, the network, our receiving address and how long the amount is valid. You must send at least the exact amount shown, on the network shown, to the address shown, before the quote expires, and submit your transaction ID.
  • You’re responsible for network fees and exchange fees, and for sending the payment correctly. Payments sent to a wrong address, on an unsupported network or as a different asset may not be recoverable, and we’re not responsible for those losses.
  • If you send less than the amount shown, we’ll ask you to send the difference before we activate your order. If you send more, contact us and we’ll agree a solution.
  • An order is accepted when the payment has the number of blockchain confirmations we require and we have activated your subscription. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or a payment isn’t completed. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it under our refund policy.
  • Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after a period of time.

5. Activation and delivery

  • We activate subscriptions after payment confirms and send your login details by email. They’re also available in your account. Activation times can vary.
  • Your plan’s time starts when your subscription is activated. When you renew, the new period is added to the end of your current one.

6. TiviMate Premium

  • Every plan includes a TiviMate Premium activation for use with your Moa TV subscription on compatible devices (Android TV, Google TV and Fire TV running Fire OS).
  • TiviMate is developed and operated independently by its own developers, under their own terms. We don’t control the app, its availability or its features, which may change.
  • The TiviMate account we provide is for your personal use and is limited to the number of devices TiviMate allows. It remains available while your Moa TV subscription is active. If your plan ends, is refunded or is suspended, we may withdraw the Premium activation.

7. How you may use the service

Moa TV is for personal, non-commercial viewing in your household. You agree not to:

  • share, sell, rent or publish your login details or your TiviMate account, or let people outside your household use them;
  • use more simultaneous connections than your plan includes;
  • rebroadcast, record for redistribution, or publicly show content from the service, for example in a bar or another business, unless we’ve agreed it in writing;
  • attempt to copy, scrape or interfere with the service, the Website or our systems;
  • use the service in breach of any law that applies to you.

We may suspend or end a subscription that breaks these rules. Where the breach is serious, we may do this without a refund.

8. Devices, apps and your connection

You need a compatible device, a suitable app and a steady internet connection. Apps such as TiviMate and other IPTV players are made by third parties, and we’re not responsible for them. Picture quality and reliability depend on your device, your network and your internet provider as well as on our service.

9. Availability

We work to keep Moa TV available and running smoothly, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance, by technical problems or by events outside our control. Individual channels may go offline temporarily. Interruptions don’t entitle you to a refund unless our refund policy says so.

10. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Intellectual property

The Website, its design, text and the Moa TV name and logo belong to us or our licensors. Content available through the service belongs to its respective owners. To report content you believe infringes your rights, see our DMCA policy.

12. Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
  • Otherwise, the service is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data or loss of profits.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim related to a subscription is limited to the amount you paid for that subscription.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Website when you place an order applies to that order. We’ll tell you about important changes by email or on the Website.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state or district in which Moa Tv LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you additional protection, those rights still apply.
