When you pay for Moa TV with crypto, the payment page asks for your transaction ID. It’s the receipt number of your payment on the blockchain, and it lets us find your payment instantly and confirm it.

What a transaction ID is

Every crypto transaction gets a unique identifier when it’s sent. Depending on the app, it’s called a transaction ID, TXID, transaction hash or just hash. Anyone can look it up on a public blockchain explorer to see the amount, the time and the number of confirmations, but not who you are.

What it looks like

NetworkFormatExample start
Bitcoin64 letters and numbersa1b2c3…
Ethereum (ETH, USDT ERC20)0x followed by 64 letters and numbers0x9f8e…
BNB Smart Chain (BNB, USDT BEP20)0x followed by 64 letters and numbers0x4d5c…
TRON (USDT TRC20)64 letters and numbers7e6f5a…

A transaction ID is not an address. Addresses are shorter and start with bc1, 1 or 3 (Bitcoin), 0x (Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain) or T (TRON). If what you copied starts with one of those and is short, it’s probably an address.

Where to find it

Menus change, but the transaction ID is always in the details of the payment:

  • Most exchanges: open your withdrawal history, select the withdrawal and copy the field named *TxID*, *Transaction ID* or *Hash*. It appears once the exchange has actually sent the withdrawal.
  • Trust Wallet and similar wallets: tap the coin, tap the transaction, then look for the transaction hash or a link to the block explorer.
  • MetaMask: open Activity, select the transaction and copy the transaction ID, or open it on the block explorer and copy the hash there.
  • Bitcoin wallets: open the transaction in your history and look for *Transaction ID* or *TXID*.

“Internal transfers” have no transaction ID

Some exchanges move funds between their own customers without using the blockchain. Those internal transfers don’t have a real transaction ID and can’t reach our address. Always send as an on-chain withdrawal to the address on the payment page.

Pasting it on the payment page

Copy the whole ID, with no spaces, and paste it into the field on the payment page. With or without the *0x* prefix is fine. The page then checks the blockchain and shows the status: waiting for confirmations, confirmed, or a message if something doesn’t match.

If you lose the payment page, log in and open your order from Orders; the payment details and the transaction ID field are there.

Questions

I pasted the TXID but the page says it can’t find the payment.

New transactions can take a minute to appear. Wait, then check again. Make sure you sent on the network shown on the payment page.

My exchange hasn’t given me a TXID yet.

Some exchanges batch or review withdrawals before sending. The ID appears in your withdrawal history once it’s sent.

Can someone steal my payment with my transaction ID?

No. A transaction ID only lets people look at a payment. It can’t be used to move funds.
