Once TiviMate is installed and Premium is active, there’s one step left: adding your Moa TV login so your channels, TV guide and on-demand library load. This takes about two minutes.

What you need

Open your welcome email or My subscription. You’ll see:

  • Server address: usually starts with *http://* and may end with a port number such as *:8080*.
  • Username
  • Password
  • M3U link: an alternative for players without Xtream Codes support.

Keep the email open on your phone; it makes copying the details much easier.

Adding the playlist with Xtream Codes

Xtream Codes is a login type that loads live channels, the TV guide, catch-up and the on-demand library together. It’s the one we recommend.

  1. Open TiviMate. On first launch it asks you to add a playlist; otherwise go to Settings → Playlists → Add playlist.
  2. Choose Xtream Codes login.
  3. In Server address, enter the address exactly as shown, including *http://* and any port number.
  4. Enter your Username and Password. They’re case-sensitive.
  5. Choose Next. TiviMate checks the login and shows how many channels, movies and series it found.
  6. Name the playlist Moa TV and choose Done.

TiviMate then loads the channels and downloads the TV guide. The first guide download can take a minute or two.

If you prefer, or if you’re using a player that doesn’t support Xtream Codes:

  1. Choose Add playlist → Enter URL.
  2. Type or paste your M3U link carefully.
  3. Choose Next, then add the EPG link from your email if TiviMate doesn’t find the guide automatically.

M3U links work, but the Xtream Codes login is easier to maintain and handles the on-demand library and catch-up better.

After the playlist loads

  • Unlock Premium under Settings → Unlock Premium → Account if you haven’t already. See the TiviMate Premium guide.
  • Hide the groups you don’t need and build your favorites, as described in our TV guide tips.
  • Check the guide times match your local time.

Fixing common errors

  • “Invalid login” or “Authorization failed”. Usually a typo. Check capital letters, and that there are no spaces before or after the username and password.
  • “Unable to connect” or a timeout. Check the server address includes *http://* and the port number, if your email shows one. Test your internet connection in another app.
  • Channels load but the guide is empty. Wait a few minutes, then update the guide from Settings → EPG. With an M3U link, make sure the EPG link is added.
  • “Max connections reached”. Your line is already playing on another device. Stop playback there, wait a minute and try again.
  • Movies and series don’t appear. They only load with the Xtream Codes login type, not with some M3U links.

Still stuck? Open a ticket with a photo of the error and your device model.

Setup questions

Do I need to add the playlist again when I renew?

No. Renewing extends your existing line, so TiviMate keeps working with the same login.

Can I add the same login on several devices?

Yes. Add it on each device you watch on. A standard line plays on one screen at a time.

Where do I set up TiviMate on a Fire TV Stick?

Follow the Firestick setup guide to install TiviMate, then come back to this guide.
